Joseph M. Caporusso, DPM

Founder Dr. Joseph M. Caporusso, opened Complete Family Foot Care at 246 Lindberg Ave in McAllen, Texas October 1993, just down the block from our current location.

Dr. Caporusso graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. He continued his training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, Texas, where he continues as a clinical associate professor.

He is past president of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and is currently on the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Caporusso has lectured both nationally and internationally. He has also written many articles concerning the care of the foot. Dr. Caporusso is a member of the American Diabetes Association and founding member of the Ninos De Frontera Project in Reynosa, Mexico. Dr. Caporusso serves on the boards of the Border Bandits soccer club and Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic School. He is bilingual English/Spanish.
